Within the frames of a pilot project held by the Supreme Court on application of conciliation procedures with the participation of a judge (judicial mediation) from May till June of the current year 111 civil cases were reviewed, including in the appeal procedure - 11. The majority of cases were considered by courts of East-Kazakhstan and South-Kazakhstan regions.
In respect of categories of disputes the judicial mediation was mainly applied on cases on levy of debt, as well as on payment of utility services, levy of alimony for under-age children, divorce and compensation of a material damage.
