The Supreme Court jointly with the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan (APK) drafted the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Law" On Mediation "and in some legislative acts on mediation". The bill takes into account the proposals of the republic courts and mediators.
The bill is submitted to state bodies, public organizations of mediators, lawyers, notaries, public health services, trade unions and Atameken.
