The former manager of HPU sector of Satpayev City will pay to the state 14 400 000 tenge

In Satpayev City court of the Karaganda region is considered criminal case concerning G. Sutbayev who was earlier holding a position of the sector manager of SI "Department of Housing and Public Utilities and Passenger Transport".

From case papers follows that a certain citizen addressed to G. Sutbayev for registration of the deceased brother’s flat. G. Sutbayev for paperwork demanded a bribe in the sum of 110 000 tenge.

G. Sutbayev is found guilty by a court sentence dated 26th of May 2015 under the Art. 366 p. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (acceptance of a bribe for illegal actions). He was imposed a sentence in the form of a penalty of 14 400 000 tenge, with lifelong deprivation of the right to hold the positions connected with performance of the state functions. According to Art. 48 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the property which is in property at G. Sutbayev before commission of crime is got not in the criminal way therefore the auxiliary type of punishment in the form of confiscation isn't subject to application.

The sentence of court didn't enter into force.
