The electronic court documents authenticity is confirmed by QR-code

As everyone knows, some citizens of online services are still wary of electronic documents. However, with each passing day the number of service "Judicial office" users is growing and is currently directed to the judicial authorities of the republic in an electronic form over 809 thousand legal claims, appeals and other documents.

The Department on support of courts activities under the Supreme Court within the framework of the further development of e-justice service launched for users to verify the legitimacy of electronic court documents, including judgments.

Now, citizens and legal entities representatives have the opportunity via the QR code (two-dimensional bar code) to establish the legitimacy of electronic documents. To test the QR code (two-dimensional bar code), you must install the latest version of the mobile "Judicial office" and via a special function to scan a QR-code placed on paper court act. After that, on the smart phone screen, the electronic version will be appeared with all the necessary attributes to the recorded electronic signature from the secure server of the Supreme Court that confirms the legitimacy of the document from the base of the judicial authorities’ data.

These measures will help to ensure justice transparency and is one of the steps of a gradual transition to e-justice.

The Supreme Court, for its part calls on all users widely use the opportunities of information technologies implemented in the judicial system and is waiting for proposals on the improvement of service "Judicial office» www.office.sud.kz.
