Хат жолдауThe module «Familiarization with judicial documents» is designated for a review of electronic judicial documents through a login and password. A participant of a judicial process receives a login and password by a SMS-message to a mobile phone number or to an electronic address.
The following SMS-messages are sent to a participant of a judicial process, for the purpose of an operative notification, in a sequent logical order, which are formed in an information system of judicial authorities in an automatic mode, including:
- on a number of a case when accepting an application to a court procedure, indicating a login and number;
- on preparation of a case to a court trial;
- on a summons to a court session indicating a date, time and place of holding;
- on refusal to accept an application to a court procedure;
- on return of an application;
- on leaving of an application without movement;
- on passing a court judgment.
Electronic judicial documents in the module «Familiarization with judicial documents» are shown as links with a possibility of downloading, reviewing and saving them.
In order to review a judicial document it is required to enter the module «Familiarization with judicial documents» having clicked a banner, enter a login and password, which were received by an SMS-message (electronic address), then in an opened window download necessary files by pressing the link, and save on a computer.
