We commemorate and thank veterans!

Courts of Akmola region actively hold events for celebration of the 70 anniversary of the Victory and honoring of veterans of war.

In the museum of regional court Military Hall of Fame has been opened devoted to judges – to participants of the Great Patriotic War. About 24 judges-veterans of Akmola region are published articles in republican and local mass media. The staff of court took part in the organization of the regional championship among veterans of war and the back on checkers and chess.

In anticipation of the Victory Day the chairman of Akmola regional court N. Abdikanov carried out the charity event "Ardagym-ardagerim". He personally visited veterans of the Great Patriotic War Shaposhnikov I.I., Shapovalov A.L. and veteran of the back Kuchina L.P.

There has been long conversation with veterans about their battle-field last and post-war life, feats of soldiers and patriotism of younger generation. Veterans were handed gifts and rendered financial support on behalf of the judiciary of region.

The veteran of war Shaposhnikov Ignatiy Ilyich was 97 years old. From the first days of war Ignatiy Ilyich was at war near Brest city, in the Western Military District which the first assumed war fire in 1941. All war he served in artillery. He returned home from war in 1946. He is awarded by a medal "For the Victory over Germany!" and other battle honors.

After war Ignatiy Ilyich worked as the veterinarian, the head of department of Kokshetau regional veterinary laboratory. He has a rank "The honored veterinarian of Kazakh the Soviet Socialist Republic", he is awarded by medals for merits before the Republic.

The veteran of war Shapovalov Alexey Lavrentyevich from 17 years was mobilized for the front, the sergeant, the soldier submachine gunner. He was at war and in Japan. After war he served in reconnoitering in Germany. He was demobilized in 1951 and returned to native Kazakhstan. He has a medal "For a victory over Japan!" and other honors. He worked after war as the driver in Kokshetau mechanical plant. This year he was 89 years.

 The veteran of the back Kuchina Lyubov Pavlovna from 14 years started working at mail where sent parcels and letters to the front. On her brittle shoulders the care of a family and hard work in regional mail laid down. Through her hands had passed letters of soldiers from war.

N. Abdikanov wished to veterans a good health and long years of life! He congratulated them on the 70 anniversary of the Victory!
