In Uralsk there was a "round table" to comply with professional ethics and moral atmosphere in staff

In Uralsk Department of the Ministry of the Civil Service of the West Kazakhstan region held a "round table", during which participants discussed the matters of compliance with professional ethics and high moral and ethical atmosphere in the staff.

The representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, the National Bureau of Anti-Corruption department and internal affairs, state bodies and institutions, employees of the courts and the media took part in the "round table".

A member of the Commission on Judicial Ethics Yessenbayev Boranbaev took part in the event and made a presentation of the regional court judge. In his report, he outlined the main principles of the new draft Code of Ethics for judges, respecting ethical principles and rules of behavior of judges in the administration of justice, in professional work, in society and in the home.

E.Boranbaev informed the participants that the draft code was prepared in accordance with the Constitution, the Constitutional Law "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "the Universal Declaration of Human Rights" actions of judges according to the rules of Bangalore ", taking into account comments and suggestions of all judges.
