At the Pavlodar regional court they discussed matters of enforcement proceedings in the civil process.

Representatives of the regional chamber of private officers of the court, the prosecutor's office, the legal profession, the executive enforcement of the Department of Justice, the banks, the judges took part in the round table discussion on some issues of law enforcement on enforcement proceedings in the civil process.

Speaking, the chairman of the judicial division for civil cases of the regional court Bakhytbek Begaliev noted that the stage of enforcement proceedings is extremely important for solving the problems of civil proceedings, since it leads to a logical conclusion of the case and determines the effectiveness of justice. "It is not enough to proclaim a lawful and justified judicial decision. It is important for a citizen and a legal entity that it would be executed. From the speed, completeness and quality of execution of judicial acts, the degree of citizens’ trust and the entire society depends on the judicial system, "he said.

The judge of the regional court Gulsara Gaipova noted that the general nature of certain provisions of the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Officers of the court" led to the fact that in practice the officers of the court, claimants and debtors interpreted them in their own way, putting in them a meaning that is clearly at variance with Provisions of the Law.

In the course of the discussion, the participants discussed the most problematic issues in the application of legislation on enforcement proceedings concerning the procedure for considering complaints against actions (inaction) of private officers of the court, on exhibiting property for bidding, for contesting transactions concluded during tenders in enforcement proceedings, who are not parties to the enforcement proceedings, appeal against the actions of the officers of the court related to the return and termination of enforcement proceedings, postponement and installment of execution of the court decision.

Participants, noting the need for discussion, adopted recommendations on the uniform application of legislation.

In the Specialized Administrative Court of Aktau, there was a seminar, participants of which discussed the judicial practice of consideration the current category of administrative cases on the violation of Kazakhstan legislation on migration by migrants, the violation of road safety rules by drivers of vehicles and in cases of illegal construction.

The judges considering cases of administrative violations took part in the work of the seminar.

Speaking at the seminar, the chairman of the Appeals division for Civil Cases of the Mangistau Regional Court Nursap Primashev noted the need for wider application of conciliatory procedures in the consideration of administrative cases.

The participants of the seminar having discussed the judicial practice on the discussed categories of cases agreed that the basis for qualitative consideration of administrative cases is the protocols on administrative violations drawn up by the authorized authorities under the procedural law, therefore, the judges of the first instance were recommended to study the incoming documents more strictly for their legality.

There was a seminar-training for journalists writing on legal issues in the North-Kazakhstan regional court

Within the framework of the memorandum of mutual cooperation signed by the regional court and the Guild of Court Reporters, there was a training seminar on: "The basic rules of the journalist's work in preparing materials on the legal topic".

Speaking at the training, the chairman of the regional court Erlan Aitzhanov noted the publicity and transparency of the work of courts and judicial information the most important factors determining the image of justice, factors. At the same time, he stressed that journalists play a special role in promoting legal knowledge, raising the legal culture and raising awareness among citizens. E. Aitzhanov expressed the hope that the seminar will be useful to journalists and judges alike.

"Together we will be able to discuss the issues that in the future will allow you to avoid mistakes when preparing materials for judicial subject," the chairman of the regional court said.

Natalia Shalaeva, judge-coordinator for work with the media of the regional court, told about the rights and duties of the journalist when working in the courtroom. She elaborated on the legislation regulating the access of journalists to the courtroom, the use of photo and video, audio recordings in civil and criminal trials. The judge retired of the North Kazakhstan regional court Inessa Kuanova and the member of the Guild of Court Reporters, journalist of the newspaper "Vremya" Uliana Ashimova highlighted the professional competencies of a journalist who writes on legal topics.

In particular, journalists were told how to write in such a way that they were read, about the main principles of drafting a material on a legal topic, wording that is important to use correctly, the balance between creating an interesting text and accuracy to details and terms. Special attention was paid to the ethical aspects of the legal journalist work.

The participants of the event noted that the knowledge they received during the seminar-training will increase professionalism and effectiveness in covering court information.
