There has been discussed the "100 concrete steps" determined by the Head of the State in court of the WKR

There was a discussion of the Nation Plan – "100 concrete steps - the Modern state for all", initiated by the Head of the State in the West Kazakhstan regional court.

The chairman of the West Kazakhstan regional court Beck Ametov, addressing judicial community of region, noted that the President of the country defined 100 concrete steps on the way of realization of five institutional reforms which are the answer to global challenges and the Nation Plan for entry into 30 of the developed states in new historical conditions.

"It imposes huge responsibility on all Kazakhstan citizens and judicial community has to be on the advanced positions at realization of the state reforms", - B. Ametov noted.

The chairmen of appellate criminal judicial board M. Nagashybayev, the chairman of appellate civil and administrative judicial board B. Begaliyev, the head of office of regional court Е.Аitpai who made reports, and also judges of regional court E.Boranbayev and G. Kyrykbayev stopped on basic provisions of five institutional reforms which promote development of the modern state for all.

The particular emphasis during discussion was placed on measures for ensuring rule of law which provides optimization of instances of judicial system for simplification of access for citizens to justice, transition from five-step justice system to the three-level.

"Optimization of judicial instances confers on judges of the country heavy responsibility in administration of justice, increases of professional level and self-preparation" - Beck Ametovich noted.

Summing up the meeting, was noted need of detailed studying of all "100 concrete steps" determined by the Head of the State, by each employee of judicial system irrespective of the held position as they concern each citizen of our country and future Kazakhstan.

The judicial community of the West Kazakhstan region completely supports policy of the Head of the State.
