In Taldykorgan the chairman of the Regional Court and the region Akim signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation

The chairman of the Almaty regional court Meyrambek Taymerdenov and Almaty region Akim Amandyk Batalov signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation.

The Deputy chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of the Almaty region, the head of the secretariat G.Tursynbay, first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the party G.Sarybaev, representatives of the akim Apparatus, the judges of the regional court, judges and specialists of regional and equated courts of the region and the media representatives took part in the ceremony of Memorandum signing.

Speaking at the meeting, the chairman of the Almaty Regional Court pointed out that the development of conciliation procedures is one of the priorities in the implementation of the most important for a country of the rule of law, as it helps reduce the population conflict level and creation of favorable legal environment. Currently in 37 rural, urban akimats of the region open and functioning mediation officers, which enable citizens to appeal to the mediators in conflict resolution and reconciliation, without departure from the residence place.

Akim of Almaty region noted that the Head of State in Plan of Nation's "100 concrete steps", including 11 targeted steps to modernize the judicial system, it was pointed out the importance of reducing the number of disputes subject to consideration in order of judicial review, the development of conciliation procedures and mediation that will allow the parties on proceedings to resolve the dispute in the short term, with a minimum of material and moral costs.

The signing of the Memorandum between the court and the akimat will ensure cooperation in the field of strengthening cooperation in the comprehensive development and active implementation of the institutions of pre-trial and out of court settlement of disputes (conflicts), the wide application of information technologies in court proceedings, enhance interaction on the formation of lists of candidates for jury.
