Верховный Суд совместно с Министерством информации и коммуникации посредством видеоконференцсвязи провел обучающий семинар для региональных представителей Государственной корпорации «Правительство для граждан».
The Supreme Court, together with the Ministry of information and communication via video conferencing held a training seminar for regional representatives of the State Corporation "Government for citizens."
Цель семинара - совершенствование деятельности по предоставлению населению государственной услуги «Апостилирование официальных документов, исходящих из судебных органов», обеспечение качественного ее оказания.
The purpose of the seminar - the improvement of the activities on providing public services to the population "Apostille of official documents issued by the judicial authorities" to provide quality of it providing.
В ходе проведенного мероприятия представителям Государственной корпорации разъяснены положения Стандарта и Регламента государственной услуги по апостилированию, регламентирующие вопросы приема заявления, перечня необходимых документов, сроков оказания, оплаты государственной пошлины за проставление апостиля, а также вопросы определяющие порядок деятельности услугодателя, в том числе порядок взаимодействия с Государственной корпорацией, использования информационных систем в процессе оказания государственных услуг.
In the course of the event the representatives of the State Corporation explained the provisions of Standards and Regulations of the state service for apostille regulating issues receiving the applications, the list of required documents, terms of rendering, the state duty payment for the apostille, as well as issues of determining the order of the activities of the Service Provider, including the procedure for interaction with State Corporation, the use of information systems in the delivery of public services.
Обсуждены наиболее часто допускаемые ошибки операторов Государственной корпорации при приеме заявлений о предоставлении госуслуги.
До сведения аудитории доведена информация о возможности подачи заявлений об апостилировании официальных документов, исходящих из судебных органов посредством функционала «Апостилирование» сервиса «Судебный кабинет» интернет-ресурса Верховного Суда.
They discussed the most commonly made mistakes of operators of the State Corporation upon receipt of applications for government services.
