South Kazakhstan regional court held a seminar on the application of new legislation

The seminar is aimed at judges within the framework of the study of the Law dated February 27, 2017 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil, Banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Entrepreneurial Activity."

The participants of the seminar also reviewed the norms of the Supreme Court's legal regulations dated November 25, 2016 "On Judicial Practice of Consideration of Civil Cases in Disputes Resulting from Bank Loan Agreements" dated December 13, 2001 "On the Preparation of Civil Cases for Proceedings (with amendments and additions to the as of November 25, 2016) and others.

The judges of the regional court A.Toksanbayev, M.Parmenov, T.Ongarbayev, Zh.Kim, N.Auezov and B.Duiseybekov spoke with explanations of the legislation's innovations.

The participants of the seminar also discussed the application of the CPC rules governing the preparation and organization of the trial, the actual compliance with the deadlines for some stages of civil proceedings, grounds for adjournment of court hearings and other issues, as well as attention to the need for strict compliance with the law in the administration of justice.
