The parties reached a settlement agreement in court

In the court of Aktobe city considered a civil case at the suit of IE "Bujnov A.V." to the defendant Turlin B.J. for the collection of fees, fines and penalties in the amount of 122 600 tenge.

The claims are motivated by the fact that the parties have signed an the contract of paid services, where the plaintiff has assumed on behalf of the defendant's liability for employment, and the defendant Turlin B.J. assumed the obligation to pay compensation for services rendered under the terms and within the time period specified by the contract. However, despite the expiry of the terms stipulated in the contract the defendant to the plaintiff his obligation not complied with, in connection with which the plaintiff was forced to go to court.

During the trial, the parties reached a settlement agreement on the following conditions: the defendant paid the plaintiff a sum of money in the amount of 30 000 thousand tenge to the signing of settlement agreement and an additional 20 000 thousand tenge up to 20 September of 2014, and the plaintiff, in turn, rejects the claim statements.

The court ruling did not enter into force.
