In the NKR is convicted murderer of taxi driver girl

Today, Specialized inter-district criminal court of the North Kazakhstan region passed a sentence against M.Annageldyev citizen.

According to the case papers, in March of the current year at night M.Annageldyev was in one of the cafe of Petropavlovsk city in alcohol intoxication. He violated the public order, using a pneumatic gun and committed acts of hooliganism against a citizen V.Volkov.

Along toward morning M.Annageldyev in order to capture V. taxi driver funds got into her car and drove off Petropavlovsk city. On the highway road message "Petropavlovsk-Dolmatovo" M.Annageldyev, having refused to pay the fare, using pneumatic gun attacked the victim and took possession of her property. Continuing his wrongful actions M.Annageldyev brought V. unconscious, using which, tried to rape her, and subsequently committed against her other sexual acts. Then, in order to conceal the crimes committed murder V. M.Annageldyev fled the crime scene in a car belonging to the victim.

Court found M.Annageldyev guilty of committing of crimes stipulated by Art. 99 Part 2 p. 10 (murder), Article 293 part 3, paragraph 2 (hooliganism), Article 192 part 2 p. 4 (robbery), Art .24 Part 3, Article 120, part 1 (attempted rape), Part 1 of Article 121 (sexual assault), p.1 Art.200 (illegal occupation of an automobile without the purpose of theft) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of cumulative crimes he was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment with confiscation of all property belonging to him personally, in a correction colony of strict regime.

The court sentence has not entered into legal force.
