The main trial is scheduled for September 22

On 5 September of 2014 in Aktau city court to a private prosecution complained Kataeva E. about criminal liability under Article 111 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Incautious Infliction of harm to health), a resident of the city of Aktau citizen H., she blamed that on 23 August of the current year, he, being in the gallery of high-rise home in the city of Aktau, threw down a glass telescope from the TV, which fell on her 4-year-old son Kataev Islam who was playing near the house. As a result of the injury the child was taken to Mangistau regional Children's Hospital in serious condition.

By applicant Kataeva E. was filed supplement to the complaint in the court, which were corrected before these disadvantages and the decision of Aktau city court of 15 September of the current year complaint is accepted in the court. The main trial is scheduled for September 22of 2014.
