Today in Kyzylorda regional court began a two-day scientific workshop on the theme: "Technique of drawing up court decisions on civil cases."
The main organizers of this event are the American Bar Association Representation in Kazakhstan and the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by the chairmen of the judicial boards of Kyzylorda regional court, judges of the regional court, chairmen and judges of the district and equivalent courts, newly appointed judges, the head of the Office of the regional court, the deputy head of the office and representatives of the mass media.
As speakers at the workshop participated the chairman of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Baibatyrov Katenovich, the retired judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nikolai Ivanovich Mamontov, the retired judge of North-Kazakhstan regional court Kuanova Inessa Zaynullovna, the head of the American Bar Association Tashmuhambetova Sholpan Zhenisovna.
The Chairman of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.Baybatyrov, giving a positive assessment of the work of Kyzylorda region courts, noted: "The holding of this workshop is very important. When we were young judges, there was no one to lecture us and teach us. Prepared a report for you by the retired judge of the Supreme Court Nikolai Ivanovich Mamontov, had worked for many years in this field. He is ready to answer all questions from the young judges and share experiences. "
Speaking at the scientific workshop the Chairman of the judicial board on civil and administrative cases of Kyzylorda regional court Adranov Kairat Tolepberegnovich noted: "Holding in our region the workshop for young judges is a novelty. Total in the courts of the region work 65 young judges. Of them today at a workshop participated 22 judges. Today's event, will improve the quality of their work on the administration of justice. "

The second part of the workshop will continue on October 22 in Kyzylorda regional court.
