Ex-head of the Organizing Committee of the 7th Asian Winter Games is convicted

Today in Medeu district court of Almaty city held announcement of the sentence against Aydar Mussin, ex- head of the Department of Broadcasting and Media Information Support JSC "Executive Board of the Organizing Committee of the 7th Asian Winter Games of 2011."

Aidar Mussin registered in August 2009 by his relatives company that provided services for the design and supply of equipment for telecommunication systems "International Ski Jump Complex in Almaty city."

By the sentence of  Medeu district court of Almaty city Aidar Mussin convicted of a crime under Article 177, part 3 p. "b", "d" (Fraud); Article 310 of Part 1 - "The illegal participation in entrepreneurial activity", 192- (making the subject of private enterprise transaction (s) with no intention to carry out business activities) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 5 years and 6 months, with deprivation  to hold public office for a period of 4 years, with confiscation of property.
