In the East Kazakhstan regional court is held a two-day workshop on: "Organizational and methodological problems of judicial training."

Acting chairman of the East Kazakhstan regional court Yerzhan Dauliev, judge of the Supreme Court, the coordinator of curriculum Aigul Kydyrbaeva, retired judges, judges of the regional and city courts, curriculum coordinators, psychologists, educators and national experts of EKSU named after S.Amanzholov took part in the workshop.

During the workshop, participants discussed the prospects of development of judges training system, the effectiveness of training and methods of preparation of cases for trial.

The participants expressed their view that today the fundamental renovation of Kazakhstan legislation necessary legal personnel of the new formation. Thus, at the workshop were considered the issues of improving the judges training system, with special emphasis on Training centers. The aim of all educational programs is to update the theoretical and practical knowledge of judges, increase their qualifications in accordance with international requirements and standards.

Within the framework of the event, National expert Irina Matskevich showed for participants a master-class on technology of management conflict in the process of judicial activities.

At the end of the event the participants of the workshop will make recommendations on organizational and methodological issues of judicial education.
