Court passed a sentence against four residents of Zhambyl region

In the specialized inter-district criminal court of Zhambyl region is considered a criminal case against the Zhambyl region residents R.Inayatuly, B.Baygaziev, M.Kuralbaev, E.Abdraimov.

In January of the current year, abovementioned four citizens entered into a criminal conspiracy to commit a grave crime involving human theft and someone else’s property by way of robbery. Previously convicted R.Inayatuly with B.Baygaziev, M.Kuralbaev, E.Abdraimov took out E.Birimkulov of Taraz city by the car, who was returning from a cattle market with a large sum of money. Having seized the victim’s money in the amount of 1.68 million tenge and mobile phone worth 10,000 tenge, they fled the scene.

In February of this year, continuing his criminal activity, having met in one of cafe of Taraz A.Ayubaev citizen, R.Inayatuly committed arbitrariness against the victim. Under the threat of violence, he began to demand the payment of debts to his relative K.Krykbaev who served a sentence. After this incident R.Inayatuly took out A. Ayubaev to the apartment and began to find out through the familiars fact of duty to convict K.Krykbaev. Having escaped from the apartment, A.Ayubaev appealed to law enforcement agencies.   

In addition, police officers during a search at B.Baygaziev’s home found illegally acquired and stored 10 pistol rounds and nine automate rounds.

Specialized inter-district criminal court of Zhambyl region found R.Inayatuly guilty in committing of crimes under Articles 191Part 3 (robbery), 125 Part 2 p.p.1,8, (kidnapping), 389 part 3 (arbitrariness) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was imposed to 10 years of imprisonment in a penitentiary settlement of a strict regime.

B.Baygaziev is found guilty of committing of crimes stipulated by Art. Art. 191 Part 3, Part 2 125 p. 1.8 287 Part 2 (illegal storage of ammunition for firearms) of the Criminal Code RK. He was imposed to 7 years and 6 months' imprisonment, in a penitentiary settlement of a general regime.

M.Kuralbaev and E.Abdraimov are found guilty of committing of crimes under Art. 191 Part 3, Part 2 p.1,8 125 of the Criminal Code RK. They finally sentenced to deprivation of liberty for a period up to 8 years, in a penitentiary settlement of a general regime.

Also, every of them are imposed to the confiscation of property.

The sentence has not entered into legal force.
