At the capital court they discussed the innovations introduced in the Republic Basic Law

The chairman of Astana city court, Tlektes Barpibayev, held a discussion with the participation of the judges of the capital on the innovations of the new Law "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Speaking, the chairman of the court noted that the Constitution is the fundamental document of the entire legal system of the state, consolidating the socio-economic system, the form of government and the form of state structure, and the legal status of the individual. 

"Thanks to the policy of the country President, Kazakhstan today is a powerful competitive state, with great economic potential and with a high international authority," T.Barpibayev emphasized.

In the course of the conference was heard the report of Judge Saryarkinsky District Court of Astana Ruslan Mazhitov on the general characteristics of changes and amendments to the Basic Law.

Judge of Almaty District Court of Astana Zhandos Jetibaev made a report on: "On introducing changes and amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of the powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The judge of the specialized inter-district economic court of Astana, Bolat Nurlanov spoke about the amendments and additions to the Constitution, according to the authority of the Government.

At the end, the conference participants exchanged views and highlighted the prospects for amendments to the Basic Law of the country.
