Today on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan began two-day training on "The administration of justice and judicial control in the field of prevention and prevention of domestic violence", organized for the judges - of raising the level of listeners’ skill courses.

The organizers of the training were the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Commission for Women, Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the Public Fund Crisis Center "Friends."

The main objective of the training is improving professional skills of judges to administer justice and judicial control in the field of prevention and prevention of domestic violence.

In his welcoming speech to the participants of the training addressed the Chairman of the supervisory judicial board on criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassimov A.A., a member of the National Commission for Women, Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the  Chairman of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Counselor of Justice of the 3rd class Aitpaeva S.M. and director of the Institute of Justice Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beibitov M.S.

During the training on sessions will be considered on Kazakhstan's International obligations in the fight against domestic violence, the legal framework for combating domestic violence in Kazakhstan, criminal liability for offenses related to domestic violence, questions of proof in cases of domestic violence and ways of fixing the evidence, the practice of administrative offenses related to domestic violence, civil remedies to combat domestic violence, the causes of cancellations and changes of judicial decisions in cases of offenses involving domestic violence.

By training program is provided a combination of theoretical sessions with practical tasks: analysis of case studies, discussion of issues, and the participants will be offered a role-playing game.
