14 judges and the employees of the judicial authorities had become scholarship holders of program "Bolashak"

By the decision of the Republican Commission for training abroad under the chairmanship of the Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdykalikova Gulshara awarded a scholarship "Bolashak" 11 judges and 3 employees of the judicial system.

Among scholarship holders – judge of the Supreme Court Madiyar Balken, chairman of the division for Civil Cases of Astana city Court Berіk Estay, the chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhandos Mysabekyly, chairman of specialized inter-district economic court of West Kazakhstan region Isatai Smatov.

13 representatives of the republic judicial system will hold scientific and practical training in the UK, from April to October 2017. Highly specialized training program organized with the support of the Society of England and Wales lawyers ( «Law Society»), in partnership with two universities in the UK. The program includes courses on legal terminology, academic course and a practical component in the chambers of lawyers and the judicial system of the United Kingdom. In addition, the practical part will be complemented by a series of legal seminars, mock trials and legal activities.

1 scholarship holder - the judge of the court number 2 Uralsk West Kazakhstan Raushan Isabekova already started training (October 2016 - October 2017) in New York and Boston (USA), Harvard University program. The program includes writing a thesis and essay on: "Development and management of international financial centers: normative analysis and adaptation of international models and practices in Astana International financial centers".

The inclusion of the specialty "Law" in the list of priorities for 2017 for the award of the international scholarship "Bolashak" is aimed at ensuring Kazakh judges basics of English common law and commercial law for further implementation in Kazakhstan's practice.

By the decision of the Commission 231 applicants awarded scholarships who will be trained in a magistracy and doctoral studies, and will be sent on training in the leading scientific and industrial centers of the world.
